Lagunas de Zempoala/Huitzilac, Morelos, Mexico

Lagunas de Zempoala is a group of seven lakes at almost an altitude of 3000 metres in the state of Morelos in Mexco. To get there by public transport, you can go from the southern bus terminal of Mexico City to Tres Marias, a very small town with basically nothing on the way to Cuernavaca (a little more than an hour from the bus terminal, for MXN$33), to get a small bus to Huizilac (MXN$10), a small town where you can take another small bus to the lakes.
