Huejotzingo, Puebla, México

Writer's picture: Maestro ProfesorMaestro Profesor

A small town in the state of Puebla, it's next to Puebla's airport. Its ex-convent is one of those that's a part of the UNESCO heritage site of former missions in Morelos and Puebla. The El Carmen church is also definitely worth seeing. Plenty of artisanal products to buy there too. There are frequent buses from Mexico City (TAPO - around 2-3 hours), and there are also buses between this and Puebla City (around an hour, also passes by Cholula).
